The way I always describe it to my clients is that everyone is born a blank canvas – babies come into this world crying and they expect someone to be there because they inherently know they are enough, worthy and loved.  Toddlers run around completely naked with not a care in the world because societal standards have not yet been placed upon them. So somewhere along the way beliefs, ideals and feelings are impressed upon us that we take on and they shape our realities – whether we are aware of it or not. These could be traumatic events or they could be small instances that happen in our life that we misunderstand and attach a meaning to – often it’s the things we never would have thought affected us! These beliefs can then turn into specific issues – anxieties, confidence and self-worth issues, eating disorders, fears etc! 

With Rapid Transformational Therapy, we use hypnosis as the vehicle to figure out the cause/root of the issue that you are experiencing and then we use psychotherapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neural Linguistic Programming to challenge those thoughts and behavioural patterns to do a complete upgrade of your thought patterns and inner-belief systems! To top it off, you then listen to a hypnotic recording for 21 days to make all of the changes we made in the session permanent and fully rewire those neural pathways!
