  • By booking in, you are entitled to 3 sessions in 30 days with me however, you may only need 1 or 2. A lot of clients are feeling so good after 1 session that they don’t need any more.

  • This isn’t your typical hypnosis session so forget everything you think you know about hypnosis. Once we jump on the zoom call, we get straight to it and start making breakthroughs really quickly. You will always leave a session feeling so much better than when you went into it.

  • A hypnotic state is just a subconscious state and we all go in and out of this at various moments every day. Throughout our session, you will go in and out of hypnosis very easily and naturally.

  • 1 - 1.5 hours.

  • Absolutely. If you are wanting to pay via a payment plan, book in an discovery call and we can arrange!
